Approach

We work closely with the process owner and develop a turnkey solution. To efficiently use residual heat for preheating the product, we install and connect several new components/devices, which we integrate into the existing process. Our team guides the entire process; from the initial idea to commissioning, including process guarantee. Our approach focuses on: a well-considered solution, reliability, and result orientation.

Result

For the client, this provides 1200 kW of internal heat recovery. It also significantly reduces gas consumption and CO₂ emissions. A smart integration takes place, without affecting the continuity of the process.
