 General survey procedure 

Step 1

1. Observing

During a free quick scan, we observe the relevant devices and make detailed notes, supported by visual material.

Insight into the current situation enables us to identify challenges. The observations form the basis for the next steps and an ambitious approach.

Step 2

2. Measuring and verifying

A thermal expert and maintenance specialist carry out relevant measurements, check process data, and analyze environmental conditions, including wind directions. 

The condenser measurements and process data are compiled in a report.

In this step, we focus on the essence of the capacity challenge, from which specific and substantiated recommendations follow. These recommendations lead to an increase in the cooling capacity of the condenser.

Step 3

3. Calculate

When analyses indicate a specific capacity challenge, these are theoretically assessed and substantiated by a thermal expert. Depending on the situation, this may involve alternative fan selections, a CFD simulation for crosswind effects, and/or capacity calculations of the condenser itself.  

This step is entirely focused on improving the result, with the aim of achieving the most efficient solution for your specific situation. The end product of this phase of the survey is a substantiated solution accompanied by a quotation for implementation.

Step 4

4. Implementation

In realizing solutions, we work with determination and precision to ensure that the implementation proceeds carefully and successfully. 

Both during and after execution, we carry out measurements. This allows us to demonstrate the effect of the implemented solutions.
