We are looking for a
Technician
Wilton Heat Transfer is looking for a Technician who keeps installations running, solves malfunctions, and initiates improvements.
You are the one who ensures safety, quality, and continuity, and makes sure our technical installations function optimally.
→ Your main tasks:
- preparing and checking work packages, materials, and PPE
- installing, inspecting, overhauling, and maintaining technical installations
- detecting and resolving malfunctions
- performing and reporting inspections and tests
- recording and reporting on activities and progress
- supervising interns
→ What else we ask of you besides working in a structured way, being flexible, and continuing to perform under pressure:
- a vocational (MBO) education in Process & Maintenance or All-round Operational Technician
- at least 3 years of work experience in an industrial environment (rotating equipment, bundles, or construction work)
- driving license B (driving license E is an advantage)
Wilton expands the internal sales department with a
Commercial employee
In this role, you are the connecting link between the customer and the organization.
You maintain active contact with customers and suppliers, follow up on quotations in a structured manner, and clearly document all communication. In addition, you recognize commercial opportunities and know how to turn them into concrete results.
→ Your main tasks:
- requesting and processing purchase quotations for critical materials
- preparing, following up, and recording quotations and sales opportunities
- compiling and transferring complete order forms to operations
- maintaining contact with customers and suppliers and recording agreements
→ What we ask of you, in addition to a technical background and strong communication skills:
- Higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking
- education in Mechanical Engineering, Process Technology, Industrial Engineering and Management (or similar)
- good computer skills with office software
- general knowledge of industrial process installations, especially heat exchange
- proficiency in Dutch and English (German is a plus!)
- Experience with ApenTech and/or HTRI (The latter is also a plus.)
Wilton as an internship location!
At Wilton, you are welcome for various types of internships:
- Orientation internships – You observe for a short period to see how things work on our shop floor.
- Work experience internships – You actively participate at Wilton and apply what you have learned in your studies so far.
- BBL internships – You work with us several days a week while also continuing your education.
- Graduation internships – You apply the knowledge from your studies to a challenging final assignment within Wilton.
