Air-cooled coolers and condensers are generally designed for an ambient temperature that is lower than the warmer summer days. However, climatic developments are increasingly causing longer warm periods, resulting in air-cooled heat exchangers often becoming bottlenecks throughout the process.

How does IQ-COOLTM TECHNOLOGY work?

Adiabatic cooling using IQ-COOLTM technology provides the required reduction in ambient temperature. In adiabatic cooling, water is evaporated and the necessary thermal energy for this process is extracted from the air. As a result, the air temperature and the relative humidity decrease. 

A lower inlet temperature leads to a significant increase in cooling performance. Sensors measure humidity and temperature 24/7, allowing the IQ-COOL system to automatically ensure optimal dosing. This reduces water consumption.
