With in-depth expertise in thermal and mechanical design, manufacturing, maintenance, and optimization, we help industrial clients make their processes more efficient, sustainable, and reliable—both onshore and offshore.

Wilton is active in sectors such as petrochemicals, LNG/gas and waste processing (including waste-to-energy), and is known as a reliable partner for optimizing heat exchange equipment and processes. In addition to our specialized services, we also supply spare parts and new equipment, but our focus is on improving what already exists – with solutions that contribute to heat recovery, sustainability, and operational reliability.

Our approach starts with an analysis in which we combine insights from customer conversations with data. If relevant, our team visits and inspects your location to further analyze the problem.
Situation 100% clear? Then we develop a custom solution that can be implemented/integrated into the existing process, with the goal of optimizing performance together.
If desired, Wilton can also take care of the implementation of the solution. This requires precise planning and intensive collaboration. Our team regularly evaluates with you to ensure progress and, if necessary, make timely adjustments.
Finally, we validate the implemented solution. This essential final step of our total approach not only proves that Wilton has tackled the challenge, but also confirms the optimization of the process performance.
Our history – From specialist maintenance to strategic process partner
Wilton Heat Transfer Services B.V. was founded in November 2015 under the name Bronswerk Heat Transfer Services B.V. From the office and workshop in Vierpolders, the focus from the very beginning was on repairing and maintaining existing air-cooled coolers, condensers, and shell & tube heat exchangers.
In 2019, the first phase of the management buy-out (40%) by P&W Management took place, followed by the opening of a Proposal & Engineering Office in Nijkerk. In the same year, the innovative OPTI CLEAN™ Technology was introduced – an effective method for external cleaning during operation.
A year later, in 2020, the services were further expanded with a workshop in Nijkerk to better serve customers in the central and northern regions of the country.
In 2021, the second phase of the management buy-out was completed, making Wilton fully owned by P&W Management. At the same time, the name was changed to Wilton Heat Transfer Services B.V., marking the start of a new phase.
To enable further growth, a new headquarters with workshop facilities was opened in 2022 in Vierpolders.
In 2023, the course shifted: in addition to maintenance and repair, Wilton has since actively focused on increasing the reliability, availability, and cooling capacity of existing installations. OPTI SCREEN™ Technology was also launched – a solution against hot air recirculation and side wind effects.
2024 marked a strategic repositioning. A new mission, vision, and core values were formulated, with a clear focus on delivering added value throughout the entire heat transfer process and solutions for heat recovery. This year also saw the introduction of IQ COOL™ Technology – a fully autonomous and ATEX-certified adiabatic cooling system that lowers air temperature and increases cooling capacity.
In 2025, Wilton will present its renewed identity with clear communication, new marketing materials, and a revamped website. Our solution-oriented services and technologies are central here – ready to support customers at every step of their heat transfer process.
