We are looking for you as a Technician
Wilton Heat Transfer is looking for a Technician who keeps installations running, solves malfunctions, and initiates improvements. You are the one who ensures safety, quality, and continuity, making sure our technical installations operate at their best.
What are you going to do?
You start the day well-prepared: you check whether all materials and PPE are present and review the work package. Next, you get to work installing, inspecting, overhauling, and maintaining equipment and technical installations. When malfunctions occur, you diagnose the issue and provide a sustainable solution. You carry out inspections and tests according to plan, carefully record your findings, and discuss progress with the operations office. Meanwhile, you supervise interns and contribute to a safe and efficient working environment. At the end of the day, you make sure everything is complete and ready for tomorrow.
Your main tasks:
- preparing and checking work packages, materials, and PPE;
- installing, inspecting, overhauling, and maintaining technical installations;
- detecting and resolving malfunctions;
- performing and reporting inspections and tests;
- recording and reporting on activities and progress;
- supervising interns.

What you need to become successful
You combine technical expertise with strong communication skills: you explain complex information clearly and keep customers and colleagues well informed. You work in a planned and structured manner, but remain flexible when the situation requires it. High quality standards are second nature to you, and even under pressure you continue to act efficiently and effectively.
In addition, you have:
- a vocational (MBO) education in Process & Maintenance or All-round Operational Technician;
- at least 3 years of work experience in an industrial environment (rotating equipment, bundles, or construction work);
- a category B driving license; category E is an advantage.

This is what happens when you submit your application
You will receive a confirmation within a week. If you are suitable and interested, the follow-up procedure consists of two interviews. The first interview will be with Jan Hof (manager operations). This will be followed by a second interview with CEO Evert Poss and Dave Zwaartman.
